WHO WE ARE:
Family Hands Foundation, Inc is a non-profit organization under California Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of California Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Family Hands Foundation, Inc has been in business since April of 2019. Promoting Health and Dignity through intensive care coordination and hygiene relief.
WHAT WE DO:
Family Hands Foundation mission is to provide re-entry and comprehensive wrap around and educational services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, transitioning from incarceration or at risk of being unhoused. The goal is to empower them to regain control of their lives. We strive to empower individuals and their families to move out of a state of crisis and into successful permanent solutions.
HOW DO WE DO IT:
Family Hands Foundation, Inc supports health & dignity by providing access to jobs through job readiness training, support counseling, peer to peer mentorship programs, removing barriers to meal insecurities, out of home hygiene relief, and in-home hygiene care.
